PM360 Consulting “How To Run Successful Projects” course, now in its twentieth year, has become the standard by which all other project management courses are judged. The course has been taught to thousands of people and the method it describes used on thousands of projects. The method was used, for example, in 2003 by the team who planned and executed the Special Olympics World Games, the world’s biggest sporting event that year.
